If you witnessed our annual lice convention held last weekend in Collingwood, Ontario, you would know that nitpickers are a lively bunch. These are the detail oriented women (and a couple men) who provide in-home head lice removal services throughout Ontario, BC and in Halifax Nova Scotia.
Many are hairdressers and personal support workers. A few of us found our way to the profession simply based on a personal hands-on experience! All of us love the business, love relieving itchy heads and love helping stressed parents. We correct myths, and provide education and instruction. Best of all, we spread the word that there is a non-pesticide method of head lice removal that is safe, effective and fast.
