October 1st is National Head Lice Awareness Day!
To celebrate the day, free screening clinics are operating around Ontario and in BC, and a new Head Lice Information kit is downloadable from http://www.licesquad.com/. The kit contains a little colouring book for kids to help them understand what head lice is and where it comes from.
Lice Squad wants to offer a public service to those who think they might have a case and to those who want to check that a past case is actually gone. The company also wants to educate Canadians and let them know that there IS an alternative to traditional pesticide shampoos.
